  • As most of us do, I tend to want to my make sure our home is as presentable as can be before the holidays. I asked a friend for a recommendation since her carpets are always gorgeous and she told me she always uses Stanley Steemer. She did say they would be a little pricey, but that it would be worth it. Tim and James showed up at our door and asked to see what we would like worked on. I was a little embarrassed since I hadn't had time to vacuum and we have two large black dogs that shed like crazy. He assessed the spaces and referred to what I had ordered online and confirmed that the total would remain the same. One of the carpets had damage from being sprayed with adhesive, causing everything to stick to it (mainly dirt)...and today, they look brand new. I was cooking while the gentlemen were doing their work and had a bit of an oven mishap (lots of smoke). Tim was kind enough to go to their vehicle and bring in a fan to help me filter out the smoke from the kitchen. And both gentlemen were very kind to our dogs. When all was said and done (it barely took under an hour!), the carpets looked great, the couches looked equally amazing (they threw in deodorizing as well) and my house was smoke free - ha! I will definitely be using Stanley Steemer again. Thanks, Tim & James!
