The salesman I talked to over the phone assured me that I would get a good deal on the trade in. This was after I got a quote on the website regarding the value of my trade in (I was assured that I would get more money than the maximum value that was quoted on the website 'Black Book' value). I brought my trade-in in and I was quoted 800$ below the minimum value that was quoted by the website according to the 'Black Book'. Don later matched the minimum value quoted, while sounding like he was doing me a favor. All of this was going on while no one inspected the trade-in bike while it was there. I took my business elsewhere and bought the bike I was interested in, while getting a good value on the trade-in and paying nearly 2000$ dollars below what was quoted by GO AZ. I wouldn't waste my time here in the future. On a positive note, I got offered a bottle of water as soon as I got in... which was nice.
