  • I am a bit of a sushi snob and Hon Machi Grill has some of the best sushi in the valley!! In fact their sushi gets all five stars but the restaurant is a bit on the boring and brightly lit side. The only reason I go elsewhere is for a more comfortable atmosphere. In regard to their Teppan style dinner (where the chef cooks in front of you), it was indistinguishable from every other teppan experience I have had. It's like they teach every teppan chef in the world never to deviate from the same four tricks and jokes during the meal prep. Highly reccommended.
