  • Purchased a Groupon for car washes. Went in today and was told they no longer accept them because of a change in ownership. Looked on Groupon and they are still selling the packages. Shame on the old owners for selling packages they knew might not be honored and the new owners for failing to take care of customers. It is increasingly difficult to find consistent quality and service at car washes. I will boycott Francis & Sons as well as the new owners permanently.
