  • This place is terrible. I was here three hours because of the incompetence of the employees here. They have no sense of urgency and are obviously under staffed. I was switching from Verizon because of the good prices they offered but the customer service is definitely a huge difference. Whatever system they use is slow and outdated. Make sure you plan your day around this visit if you're doing anything other than paying a bill at the kiosk.
