I am reviewing not the company or the merchandise itself, but the customer service.
I swung by work yesterday afternoon in search for a product to help with my fluffler's hot spot and unfortunately for her, a cone of shame.
The store was what one might expect in the world of retail with the added bonus of seeing and petting other people's puppies throughout the visit .
HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent. An employee on his way out, clearly off the clock, as evident by his lunchbox, glasses and car keys in his hands, offered to help me anyway. He recommended the product he has the best experience with out of the 5 options available and helped me determine the size I needed for my come of shame.
At check out another employee saw me in line and although they were not at registers, quickly jumped on so I didn't have to wait.
Although it is irritating so spend a fortune ( a whole $22 ) on a silly cone, the customer service in the store at least made it more bearable.
