I was just there this past Saturday for the first time. When I signed in (after making the appointment via Yelp - which was super easy!) the receptionist apologized profusely for their being "super busy". Pretty much every station was occupied, but the place didn't have a chaotic feel. It was still serene. And my wait? A whopping three minutes past my appointment time! (Can you guys teach doctors how to do that?! )
I opted for the express pedicure, mainly because I felt squirmy and knew I couldn't sit still for the length of time a spa pedicure takes. It was just what I needed! I was on my way in 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door, yet it didn't feel rushed.
In the words of "Ah-nold"? I'll be back!
