  • Had to review this company to give some props, especially since reviews are currently failry poor. I have a home warranty. When my pool pump went out these guys were assigned as my repair people. I was liery (being a yelper through and through) because of the negative reviews but couldn't be happier in the end. They called me the same day the claim was assigned to them and were able to come out the next morning (a Friday) between 8 and 12. The guy (Jimmy) rolled up around 9 or so and quickly got to work, determining the problem was the capacitors. I'm thinking greeeeat... He's not going to have what he needs and I'll be stuck with a nonworking pool until Monday. Well I was wrong... He had the parts fixed/replaced them quickly and was on his way out of the yard with the system working again when it suddenly shut off. He immediately went back over the system and it turns out that, yes, the capacitors were bad, but so was the motor. I'm thinking greeeeat... NO WAY hes gonna have a motor... Sure enough he had that also! Spent another 30 minutes replacing and testing that and he was outta there. Very happy customer. I can't speak to the pricing because I went through my warranty company who charges a flat $60 bucks (2-10 warranty, great company) no matter what happens, but my service experience couldn't have been better.
