I was seen and given a paper copy for my prescription, later that day I was cleaning my vehicle and I'm pretty sure I accidently threw the paper copy away. I called into the office and left a voicemail asking an electronic copy be sent to my pharmacy. I didn't hear anything back so the next day I again called and emailed them via the patient portal. This continued on and finally one day someone picked up and when I explained my situation they transferred me to another voicemail! Almost 7 calls and messages and to this day I still haven't received a reply. I decided at that point to find another primary care doctor and then I received a bill for the service that I didn't even use. I emailed the billing department and all of a sudden they can reply in a few hours and even called me about the questions on my bill. If you want a doctors office that cares more about you paying then receiving your medication then this is the spot for you, if you want an office that cares about you first I would recommend finding any other office.
Update- still not a single call or email back unless it's with the billing department.
