  • Over promise and under delivers. He said my car will look brand new. I took my car to Findlay Toyota after getting rear ended and they use Wright Bet for their body work. I don't blame the Findlay service Rep but the person actually doing the work. The Findlay Rep was great helping me resolve my problems listed below. First it took 5 weeks to get my car back. When I picked it up they mounted the backup camera in the wrong position so the lens faces the rear bumper when activated instead of facing behind you. Where the camera is located they never painted behind it so it shows grey underneath, probably from the new hatch. Also he said he would reuse my original rear windows because I have expensive LLumar ceramic tint. That didn't happen. He also said they will rebuild my custom floor deck cover and I even went to Findlay custom ( who built the cover ) for a quote. Instead he decided to repair it but charge the insurance company for the replacement. So I sent the car back and 4 days later I get the car back and they broke a rear hatch handle and used hot glue to fix it. Now the rear wiper is facing the wrong way and wipe outward past the car instead of the window. Also the car came back with white paint on the steering wheel and push button start and interior is filthy. Also there is over spray on the windows and side of the hatch. And instead of using the right tint, he used some other tint that clearly doesn't match the rest of the car. The tint is also hazy/ cloudy, which means what ever tint or filth was on the windows prior to tinting was left behind. Now I have to pay the original shop who did my tint to remove and retint the rear hatch. Now after picking up my car for a third time I see that they used the wrong panels for the rear hatch. My interior is a light grey and they used black. After 7 weeks I finally have my car back but waiting to hear if they will replace my interior hatch panels back to original grey panels that came with the car.
