  • Had an issue with a clogged pipe for a double sink bathroom on the 2nd floor. Called Plumbing Masters and the plumber arrived to fix the issue. Jose came out and he was nice and professional and I don't have anything bad to say about him. After working on my sink, Jose told me he could not snake the sink to clear the clog because the snake wouldn't go down the bottom part of the 'T' intersection that the two sinks made. He said he would need to bust the wall to clear the clog. We asked for an estimate and he said he would call someone and let us know what it would be. The estimate came out to a little over $850 and we would need to repair the wall after. We said no. Called another company who snaked the sink, including the bottom of the 'T', and unclogged the pipe for $130.00 without busting the wall behind the sink. I don't think they are terrible (judging from reading most of their reviews on here) but I know I would never call them again because of the proposed solution to the problem that they had provided.
