This is a typical Starbucks, but in a particularly cramped building without much room to spread out an work if you desire. It is nice that it had a bit of outdoor seating and wifi. Over several other coffee alternatives nearby in the Waterfront, I would rate this as low. Barnes and Noble has more comfortable seating and access to many books and other amenities. Panera also has more seating, cheaper coffee and a plethora of menu items to go along with the coffee. The Starbucks building style an architecture is attractive, but just too small and limited for this busy Waterfront location.
