Horrible Customer service. In 2013 I ordered new phones and signed up for a new 2 year commitment. Somehow these idiots found an old address of mine from many years ago and sent them there. I called because we had not received and that is how I found out they shipped to wrong address. I asked them to resend our phones but they said they and to get the old ones back first. Once we confirmed they were returned we reconfirmed out address to have them send to us but they said they already shipped them to someone else! What?? Why did I have to wait if you were not shipping to me. Next they tell me they no longer have our phones in stock and it would take a few weeks!! It took 2 1/2 months! They were totally incompetent but no one ever apologized. Now here I am again with 2 years up and time to get new phones and they say that my active date is no longer Sept 5th but is now Nov. 20th. The day they delivered the phones! I will never deal with these people again. My monthly phone bill averages $300. I am changing to another provider that will charge 1/2 that and you can call Mexico, Canada for free!! Folks. It just like before when they controlled the Long Distance. Once they think they got you by the you know whats they treat you like your a nobody.
