Our 2016 Honda was involved in a side impact collision. We took it to Bell Collision. Before having it towed, I spoke to the manager to ensure they had the time to complete the job in a timely manner. Seven weeks later, we received our car back. During those seven weeks, they called me once. There was zero communication. After a couple of days, it had to go back due to several issues. One issue was the alignment, which they said they corrected. Needless to say, I had to take it somewhere else again to have to fixed correctly. If I could do it all over again, I would have selected a different shop and one that isn't a direct service repair shop through the insurance company.
