  • I also had a Groupon. When I called for an appointment, they told me I would have to have the whole house done - not the 10 windows I bought. Many of my windows are behind heavy bushes so I didn't want them done. They also said they would have to do (and charge for) the gutters, rails and screens. I said I didn't want them done. They said they wouldn't come out unless I had them done. So basically this Groupon was a bait & switch. When I pointed out that this was not on the Groupon, they said that it was Gropon's fault. However, when I spoke to Groupon, they had no record of the company complaining about a lack of information on their Groupon which one would expect they would have communicated. So I question that statement by them. Fortunately, due to the large number of complaints Groupon had against this company, they refunded my purchase price.
