  • Missed a full patch of hair on my Brazilian wax, wasn't asked to check before she left the room. When paying $55 for a wax you definitely expect it to all be gone, especially when it took 40 minutes! This is far too long, especially for someone that gets waxed regularly. The technician was fine, and I'm sure she meant well, but she kept commenting on my hair in that area and my dry skin etc, not really what I came to hear, just wax it off!! She didn't seem very experienced in waxing, but it could just be very different than I'm used to. A new establishment, but probably wouldn't be back unless I'm in a pinch.
