| - I've been a regular here for a few months, always go in for either a full set or a back fill and pedicure. I went today and asked for my typical back fill and pedicure, picked out this pretty lavender glitter gel polish, and was sat down. Wasn't given her name but she came up and sat down asked me what I wanted, etc. so she starts the back fill process. She asks me if I want them the same length or shorter and I tell her only a tiny bit shorter. I have them shaped as a small stiletto point shape, I've gotten the same the last two times I've visited, not only did she ruin the shape completely, when she started filing them she made it even worse, she had to apply more acrylic powder then after that she had me look at them, not only did she ruin the sides making them narrow and odd looking she turned the stiletto point on every nail into a round edge. Finally after telling her before that I didn't like what she was doing to them, I gave up and told her to paint them. The pretty lavender color has a base coat of just glitter and clear polish and the second bottle that comes with it holds the color. So she starts painting, I tell her to use the main color as well seeing as that's why I choose gel today was the lavender color and she tells me they are the same, THEY ARE NOT, HENCE WHY THEY BOTH COME IN THE SAME PACKAGE AS A TWO STEP PROCESS FOR THE GEL COAT. So after that she and another employee go over to the color wall and try to pick a new color. Yeah no! I asked them to take the gel off and then went and picked out a normal nail polish. After that as I was waiting I asked a gentleman who I believe to be the manager or owner for a file, he said it's ok she will fix them and file them, I said no she already ruined them twice now, I sat there in front on my nail tech after asking her boss for a file, filing my own nails into the shape I came into the store with! Then I showed her one hand and told her this is the shape I want on all of them so she started to file my other hand, GUESS WHAT?! She screwed them up even worse. Then continued to paint them and even after two layers of paint and the clear coat I hand two hands of different shaped nails with lumps. And after that, an hour after being home, one broke because she had shaved down the acrylic too thin. Going in to get a reimbursement and never going back again.
