  • It has now been 16 weeks and the shutters have still not come in! Called today to cancel and get a refund. Update...Still no blinds and no refund. We have called Budget Blinds Corporate and they are not much help. They claim it is a franchise and they have no control. I reminded them the franchise is using their name and paying them fees so at the very least they are damaging the name by the terrible service. Heather continues to lie to a 77 yr old retiree. She literally makes ups any excuse and throws out one lie after another. Run do not walk from this business.
