  • The reason they get a 2 star is because the salesman and sales manager were nice to us. On the other hand they tried to screw us big time on getting a vehicle. They appraised my trade in and only would give me $13000 for a mint condition Toyota Tundra that was a 2006 with only 17k mikes on it. At first we were told that the Chevy HHR was a very good vehicle and that they won't put cars that don't work on the lot. I stared it and I heard clanking, ok wow! We picked a used Kia and it was a nice one but still high on price. He ran numbers and I did the math and they made it to where we were just giving them the truck for free. I was in sales before and they thought they were dealing with just a dumb blonde, WRONG!!!!! We ended up leaving but had to come back because they didn't give back my husbands ID. I recommend that you know the sales game if you want to deal with them.
