I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich. When I went to ask about it, I could plainly hear the girl say, "I forgot it."
She apologized and said she forgot it because she was washing dishes. When she handed it to me I took one look at it and realized I had made a mistake. There was more bread than filling in my sandwich. And that's NOT due to the fact that the bread was fluffy, in fact the opposite. The smoothie I ordered tasted watered down. This is right around the corner from me but I doubt I'll be coming back. I don't ask for a lot when I go get coffee or a sandwich. So when even the simplest of requests is a problem - I can't in good consciousness support that business.
