  • Going to Forequarter makes me feel like I live in a real city. I love the dark cozy atmosphere and the interesting cocktails that scream 'mixologist'. The appetizers I've had here are mind blowingly delicious (dreaming of broccoli in shallot vinaigrette), but it loses a star for the comparatively lackluster entrees. The fish dishes have been consistently over-salted for my taste. Overall, I'm glad we have this place to up the foodie ante in Madison.
