  • This is the closest UPS Store to me and about three years ago I had a bad experience and stopped going there. Basically I was was told the notary would be there at X o'clock and when I went there they told me to my face that they would have NEVER quoted me that time and that person does not even work that day...whatever I got over it. :) Moving forward I gave in and now always take any prepaid returns or Ebay that I might do that requests UPS specifically...I noticed a difference...and guess what?!?!?!? It always seems busier there! I gave them a terrific second chance last month when I shipped a difficult glass piece to my mom and dad in Indiana. Well they did a fab job and my mom said it was a complete custom packaging that must have cost me A LOT of money :) Thanks for gaining back my trust and then some!
