| - Very disappointed in service. My husband ordered takeout here practically weekday and they get his order wrong often, even though it's almost always the same order - forgot trout, wrong pasta, no beans, no dressing! He continued to go out of convenience because of proximity to the office, but after his last experience, he will never Aria again. When he arrived at the restaurant for pick up, he gave them his name and they gave him the bag and bill. On that day, he went straight home and then discovered they handed him the wrong order. He calls the restaurant and informs them of the mistake. The manager, Dennis, gets on the phone and tells My husband the runner said he confirmed the order with my husband prior to ringing him up - not the case. If it was the case, my husband would have seen it was the wrong order altogether. Either the runner lied or the manager was executing poor customer service by blaming the repeat customer. The manager continues to place the blame on my husband and then says, "You took off with the wrong bag." I was baffled hearing this conversation on speaker. After my husband made his frustrations very clear, the manager offered to refund the order, but wasn't even sure how to do it efficiently. At that point my husband said forget it and stated he will never go back again. Hasn't been back since!
Food has been decent (not as good as la toscana or Luce or Oggi), but the service and inaccuracies negate all of that!
