  • My fault not checking yelp for reviews, called company, ad said $49.97 for 3 rooms. Also had stairs, townhome, 2 guys came out, unloaded there hose upstairs ,then said I will do a spot clean, showed me it, it looked good about a foot by a foot, then all I see is the main guy start writing down price after price, then showed me the total, $344.00, I told him roll up and get out, I told the girl on phone how old and yes spots on floor, she said it was included, original price was $49 and stairs were $2 a step, I ended up paying $144 and they were done in 30 minutes, I timed them, and what a crapy job they did.i will never use or recommend this company. I asked them to go over the traffic areasagain and they wouldn't unless I paid more..i shouldve just went and rented a shampooed from walmart. I could of done a better job, hands down, VERY Dissapointed..
