  • We had heard Shasta was the best pool company and when we bought our new home we contract with them. Our salesperson was good at the beginning but after the pool construction began we had a very difficult time getting him to return phone calls. The construction was delayed and seemed to drag on forever. We opted for the in floor cleaning system which so far seems like a waste of money. In fact we had to buy a robotic floor cleaner for $1,400 just to keep the floor clean. It took a month after the pool was done for Shasta to install our wok pots. They said they couldn't find them in their warehouse. Right now we are waiting for Shasta to come and inspect the floor cleaning system, straighten the diving board and check the salt chlorinator. As of now they weren't able to tell me when they would come out. Not good enough performance to recommend Shasta.
