  • DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOU ENJOY SHADY BUSINESS. Based off of other reviews, I came here for a full set. The person who did my nails not only burnt my fingers by staying on my nail too long TWICE (for which he profusely apologized) but he also CUT the skin surrounding my nail on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. One of which was so bad that even now, a week later, there is still a large scab. My finger bled quite a bit to the point where the tech had to have another tech come over and finish after about 5 minutes of holding pressure to my finger and putting some blue liquid on it that stung very badly. My nails are now lifting in several places, something that does not happen for at least two weeks if done well. As if that wasn't awful enough, they STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR MY NAILS AND OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO REMEDY FOR HIM LITERALLY WOUNDING ME (at the risk of sounding slightly dramatic). I feel like the state boards would disagree with that decision. Especially considering it hurt quite a bit when it happened and continues to cause me pain as it heals since it is so prone to re-injury and opening. I wouldn't go here if it was the only nail salon on the face of the earth. They lack accountability and will still charge you when they physically injure you without a second thought.
