Your customer service at the store is a joke. I drive all the way back there so that I could look at specific wood samples. The gal that was helping me got ONE wood sample to look at and had me going to different rooms, trekking up & down stairs to match the one sample. When that sample didn't match anything, we had to start all over. Does that make sense? Why not get all the wood samples out so I can deduct which ones that I don't like or don't coordinate? I left without finding anything I liked and had already wasted and hour of my time on one wood sample.
It's time for me to move on and find somewhere else to buy furniture. Such a frustrating experience.

I don't know where to even begin. All around disappointing. We have been shopping RH for years, long before they moved into this location. (Personally, they had a better store at the other location.) As another reviewer mentioned there is definitely a "snooty" personality trend. I'm not sure if they hire design students and have a small staff of actual designers to assist, but I drove a long way to make a purchase and I almost had to beg someone to help me. I wanted to make sure I was picking the proper size furniture and it wasn't going to be too big or too small for my room. I also wanted to view some of the color swatches in person and it felt as if the designer was shooing me off so they could take a phone call.
I've had stellar customer service over the phone when calling the 1-800 number. One of the problems I have encounter are some of the online pictures are not true to color. I ordered some wall art that looked antique in color online, but very, very yellow in person. They sent out a second set of the same art for exchange, but it too looks yellow.
I don't even like coming into the store because of the lousy help. It's not worth my time to drive 45 minutes one way and be treated like a peon. Such a shame because I like the trendy style and fairly good quality. You should really hire people that want to be there to help the customers or at least act friendly.
