  • Had a problem with a contractor assigned by a home warranty company. Contractor was trying to charge a modification fee on an aftermarket board because the OEM board no longer exists. Called the home warranty company to complain that not only was the board still made, it was in stock at an authorized parts center less then 10 miles from me. Warranty company didn't care, wanted to keep its cheap as heck contractor working so both of them made money. Well I fired the both of them after 3 days and called Elite. 2 hours later, the cold air is blowing. Armondo and his crew are the best.
