  • I tried Sonic again with my mom after years of her saying it was awful and nothing special. We were hoping that it was better. Nope not at all. The food is not that great. Just microwaved frozen food. I wasn't expecting a lot but it's the kind of food you eat and 5 min later your stomach is churning in agony. The shakes we ordered were watery, all melted. We asked for a new one and it was the same thing. Rather get a shake at mcdonalds. It was so gross. I can't even imagine what the slushes are like if the shake is all melted. Also the employees are so rude. Absolutely no customer service training.
