  • The office is easy to miss. The sign blends too well with concrete and grey colors of Nellis. The flow of Nellis is fast and almost a racing track of aggressive drivers. I had to turn around a couple times and exercise extreme caution to avoid being hit by the speed demons on the road. When I finally arrived the receptionist greeted me with a clipboard and the usual paperwork began. The greeter then walked me to the private room. Friendly nurse. Finally, Clint Martin, PA-C entered the room. He is handsome and sharp. He presents himself & his dermatology expertise with confidence. After, he has assured me - to my great relief that the brown spots on my hands, neck area and underarms are benign and noncancerous, Clint briskly & expediently walked to the next patient. In the blink of his eye, he flashed away with a charming smile. The next professional who I consulted with was Amy S. With the knowledge that the brown spots do not pose a threat to my health, the next step is, the cosmetic aspect and its implications. Amy gave me a breakdown of the costs silk peel AND clear & brilliant laser treatments. The two treatments are not the same. The silk peel treatment are $75 each, same day appointment possible. It is a deep, pore opening microdermabrasion. The clear & brilliant laser treatment treats fine lines & wrinkles, melisma and sun damage. It's $250 for each individual treatment. The package deal costs $650 and she will throw in 2 free micros with the deal. Amy, please correct me if my info is wrong in any way. I have included a picture of the piece paper Amy wrote to this review- pricing information and treatments. Five stars to this business. I will be updating after each one of future visits...
