  • I have been a great fan for the clothes at WHBM for years. Unfortunately the customer service here stinks. They are rude, disorganized and snotty. There is one associate, I won't put her name down, that is outright racist. She had the nerve to call the person behind me as we were waiting in line to pay! All because Im Indian??? Shame on her in this day and age. She also finished with that customer and decided to walk away even though I was still standing in line. I will NOT shop at WHBM again. Sorry, this is not acceptable, and they have lost a customer all because of her. She should not be in customer service.
