  • Would never go back to this place, the quote the gave me on the phone and the one When they actually had my bike was about 150-200 bucks off, was told the hour it took them to actually look at the bike to see why issues they would have to deal with would go toward the repair if they didn't use the full hour, well of course the used the full hour to look at the bike along with a whole day to finally let me know what going on after I have to call, bike was in the shop for about 2 weeks, part where my fault for not having all of them so they had to order them, was told Tuesday it would be done, well I had to call them at about 3 to get told it would be another week because of a part no being there, it wasn't the part from Japan that took long, they said Yamaha who the ordered the part threw was holding the part, well bike finally got done and was told a different price than what I was originally told, I ask why, and oh sorry we fixed it, so the original price again, then they where supposed to actually discount parts for me, for military discount, instead they didn't and when I'm looking at the invoice I see it says no discounts so I call and ask why it wasn't discounted and he tells me it's something in the computer that's no showing the actual discount on the invoice, well I asked if he will check and what do you know? It wasn't actually discounted. Probably the worse customer service I have ever dealt with in any company I have ever been to. They won't work with you with price, they won't call you, you have to call them to know what's going on, you have to check and make sure they are acutely charging for what they say they are and not trying to upsell you, and don't bother telling them about how crappy your experience was because all they will tell you is they will work on it, they won't do what every other decent mechanic will do and apologize for what's been going in and waiting and all the other crap and ever maybe try and comp something for you or do sown thing to get your service back. Would never recommend this place. Find anything, anything will be better than this place.
