In September 2016 I had listed a glowing review. After another interaction with this company...I feel compelled to update what I really think and how I felt I was treated.
The first rep who came out for their initial inspection was very professional and helpful. My previous review said: "Perhaps I was very blessed, but within an hour and half from when I made the phone call, the technician was at my house and in my attic! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again. I felt respected, and appreciated the fact that the issue with our unit turned out to be something we could fix, so we wouldn't have to pay the $350 for repairs. The fact that he shared that information with us really meant something."
My second interaction was anything but stellar.
The technician was trying to tell me that all the problems I was experiencing with my AC were increased because I didn't fix the problem sooner. The repairs were going to cost $$$$ and needed to be done now, or he would just leave and I could call someone else.
I was appalled, was this the same company? It didn't seem like. I truly feel that this company puts on their "we're the good guys" hat and once they feel like they have reeled you in...then their true selves show. I will never do business with this company again. I feel that their customer service is lacking, and their prices are not competitive.
