DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURBABIES!
My dog had an allergic reaction to a shampoo or the cologne they used, I understand that could happened but for them not to call me as soon as it happened it's unacceptable!
They said it would only take them 45 minutes and they would call me when he was ready but earlier when I called they said 2hrs. I got a bit worried after an hour and a half, so I called and they did not answer. I went to go pick him up and I hear him crying, which I thought new place it's ok it's strange to him. Then the receptionist starts to tell me what happened, the nice groomer came to talk to me about it and provided me with what they used on him so I don't use again. It felt like they were waiting to call until the rash and bumps went away. They charged full price! I asked the groomer if they had brushed him as I specifically asked for deshedding, she said she started too but noticed all the bumps and the rash on him so stopped. They should have called me as soon as they noticed what was happening to him and not let him be in pain!!! I could see the bumps on him and the groomer said it was worse before. My poor puppy was in pain, crying and instead of calling me so I could take him to the Vet or give him something to calm his pain they were waiting for it to go away before they called me. So I wonder if they would have even told me if the bumps and rash bad gone away by the time I picked him up. I wanted to support local businesses vs a chain but after this I will not be taking him back here!
