| - Firstly, I must say that adjustments by Dr. Chan work really well and will sort out the issues that your spine and muscles have accumulated. In that sense, the clinic is fantastic. However, as somebody has already mentioned, the place does have a bad vibe. Can't put a finger on what it is - light, wall colours, people, process. It is simply not a friendly relaxing place, even before you start talking to anybody, and they have very weird procedures. You are supposed to pick your chart, put it in the pocket of the treatment room, lie face down on the treatment table and wait for a chiropractor. After the treatment you are expected to pick the chart, bring it back to the reception and put it in a very specific corner of the desk there - they keep reminding you about it each time. Very odd as there are always at least 2 or 3 staff at the reception desk idling. And yes, the assessments and treatments do feel rushed and nobody wants to hear you out.
