  • This is such a terrible airline. I prefer Southwest but for the time I needed the SW flights were all booked. They would not provide me with a seat assignment unless I paid extra. They said I had to come to the gate. I came to the gate and no one was there so I went to see another gat agent. The other gate agent basically said "it's not my job". Gee. I wonder why I prefer Southwest over this BAD BAD airline? Notice the average review of American Airlines on YELP is a 1??
