  • Morning breakfast service is usually great. My problem is with the evening service. Tonight was absolutely the worst experience in any Gilbert food establishment I have ever encountered. Arrived at 7:14 in the drive thru with 4 cars in front. No cars at the pay window or up to the corner of the drive thru. First car stood at the order window for almost 2 minutes. Same with the 2nd car. Now the third car was waiting over 5 minutes before anyone took her order. She was pulled up far enough to order too. I know if your not far enough ahead they will not take your order. After her was my order - It was over 11 minutes before they took my order. When I got to the first window to pay - I ask the guy what took so long and he said they were busy. I didn't see anyone go thru the front door in the 11 minutes. Now at this particular McDonald the 1st window only collects the money - he doesn't take any orders. So he sits there for 11-15 minutes and only collect money. The order is taken by the working staff at the 2nd window. Well when I arrived at the 2nd window - I see a young lady on the cell phone texting and hanging out the service area. I don't think she was even on the clock. By the way my order wasn't correct and no napkins. Service in the evening is substandard and tonight was the worst ever. I visit this location about 4 times a week.
