  • I had a great experience with Northeast Factory Direct! They get 5 stars from me. I walked in to the store on February 5th. There were several people to help with all of my questions, yet they didn't follow me or pressure me into buying anything. I picked out a very nice sectional, only had to put $50 down on it for them to order it. My sectional was delivered to my Ravenna residence on February 25th in perfect condition. The guys put it all together for me. It's a very good quality sectional at an excellent price. I couldn't be happier!
