  • If I could give this place a 0 I would have. I JUST dealt with this Car Rental place a couple of days ago and it was ONE of the worst experiences I have ever had. As a foreigner to Canada it was hard to find this place. Its not ON site at the airport its off site. You basically have to find the monorail, take it down, then wait awkwardly at the bottom for someone to pick you up or call them. When we arrived they had this TINY minivan that was supposed to take me and my parents to their rental place. They had a lot of customers so that meant they couldnt fit us except for my father who had to go ahead. We had to wait another 30 minutes for them to come and man were the people behind us pissed that we had to go first because that meant they couldn't fit either. I had to sit very close to a stranger which thankfully she was kind but the driver was such in a hurry that if you didnt wear your seatbelt you would hit your head. When we arrived my dad had to finish some paperwork which didn't take that long but I was relieved to finally get our car. Our car was what we wanted (I'll give them that). Waiting for our car though I could tell the customers were unsatisfied and I was hearing stories of people unhappy. A couple days later we bring it back and we're a bit late to the airport. The guy doesnt even look our car over he just complains theres a little less gas than they gave us and said we had to fill it up or else theyll charge us. I was happy he was honest with us but that meant we were going to be more late. We pull our car back up after gassing it and of course other people arrived for their shuttle bus and we couldn't fit in. My dad was beyond pissed at this point. He told the guy that he has 5 minutes to get back. The guy drove back in 6 and my dad messed with him that he was still late. To be fair its ridiculous how offsite this rental car place is and if youre running late you still have to go on the monorail, get to the right terminal, go through customs/security and find your gate. We waited with this mother and her child and they told us that she heard several other customers yelling and complaining because this rental car place overcharged them for something stupid. We had another horrible nauseous ride back to the airport monorail and we told them we weren't going to need their services ever again. DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW ENTHUSIASTIC I AM TO TALK BAD ABOUT THIS PLACE? DO NOT GO HERE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SPENDING MORE MONEY ON NATIONAL, ALAMO OR ENTERPRISE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Assuming this is a family business or just a bunch of people of the same race running it, they do not give a shit about your happiness, if you're late, and customer service. YOU WILL LEAVE UNHAPPY. And I promise you that.
