  • I requested to view a condo through their website and first met with Keith, who was more interested in his phone than answering my questions. As we departed the first property we viewed, he notified me that he'll be "handing me" over to another agent. The second agent was awful beyond words. She was extremely pushy and kept on encouraging me to submit a bully offer explaining that this is the state of the market and if I wanted to buy anything, I would have to go beyond my maximum budget. The reasoning was that the difference is going to be small anyway once the final price gets amortized over the 25-year mortgage period. The second agent was also very good at ignoring emails that contained specific questions about the process, fees, forms, etc. The only properties that were booked to be viewed immediately were the expensive ones. The lower price spectrum was always magically "I never heard back from them". Eventually the agent appears to have departed the company and claimed that she'll pass me over to another agent. Never heard anything form anyone and I couldn't care less. Moved on to another agency.
