To Yes! I say Oh Hell No!
I had a leak in an upstairs bathroom and called Yes! to schedule an appointment.
Yes! barely arrived on time. They did an inspection and gave me quote north of $200 which included their "hassle free in-house warranty". I told the repairman that it sounded a little high and I'd like to get other estimates. He countered that he could discount the repair if I opted out of the warranty. That's when I really got suspicious and said, "No thanks".
Later that day a friend recommended her plumber and I gave him a call. The source of the leak turned out to be an old seal under the toilet. Less than 30 minutes later I was out $9 for a replacement seal and $30 for labor. With tip, I was out 50 bucks. Oh, did I mention he guaranteed the seal for 5 years?
