  • I'm pretty shocked by the reviews here. I had an awesome experience at New Life, all three times I've been there. I've had two piercings and two tattoos done (all by Lunchbox) and they were very professional and clean. Neither of my tattoos or piercings got infected and neither were painful or difficult to heal, either. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I know many of the artists there have their own style and opinion as to what makes a "good tattoo," I guess mine weren't too crazy for them, because I didn't get any negative comments like other people have described here. I found all of the guys to be incredibly down-to-earth, and I agree with Sophie that they always play kickass music. Prices are sweet, for the little bit I know about tattooing and piercing at least. They had a sweet "git what you git" deal going on for a while, where you paid $40 and drew out of a box of random tattoos. Pretty cool! Also, they accept credit cards, but you should totally pay cash. Asshole credit card companies charge these guys way too much to use their service. Pay cash and go to New Life!
