  • They always do a good job on the wash but the oil change - not so much. I had the $19.99 coupon for an oil change and a full-service wash for an additional $6.00. Then they tried to upgrade me to synthetic - no thanks. Then they told me the $19.99 oil job was "recycled" oil - really? Didn't know oil was recycled. I said "No, I want NEW oil" - OK, that's $29.99 but includes the car wash. OK. Then I needed a new air filter - I had watched them take it off my car and yes, it was kind of dirty and they said it would be $20 - OK. Then they came back and said they didn't have one in stock but could get one quickly. OK. Then they came back and said it would be $24, not $20 - MY LAST OK!!! While they were waiting they washed and cleaned my car and the attendant told me I was done. I asked him if they had gotten the air cleaner and replaced it and he went to check - NOPE - not done. The lube guy then called O'Reillys and a couple minutes later they had it and put it in. TWO hours for an oil change and a wash - really? They all seemed VERY confused, lots of chatting in between, and seemed like very poor management. I'll get it washed there again but heading back to Brake Masters for the oil changes.
