  • Stopped by at 6:15AM Saturday morning. Had almost a 3hour layover. The employees were rude, mean, angry, especially "Lauson" who behaved like a little General. Four guests before me were denied access and when threatening to tweet were sent to a Club in another Terminal. I was also denied. A kind man invited me in to be his guest and they started grilling him, "Do you know her?" "What is her name?" He said this was the 1st time he had ever had a guest and he did not appreciate their grilling him. I've decided not to fly American Air anymore.
