When I first arrived at the dealership I had a really bad experience with a member of the sales staff in the parking lot causing me to get in my car and assess whether I wanted to leave or not. I ultimately spoke with Larry (General Sales Manager) and the issue was resolved immediately. Larry was apologetic and we started over like the situation never occurred.
The sales person I was assigned to, Norman Ferrell, was beyond exceptional. I made it very clear what I was expecting in regards to trade in value, what I wanted in a new car and what needed to occur to finalize everything in one day. Norman worked very hard to meet all my needs and ensure that I left happy. He answered all my questions and was extremely professional with me. He even waited while I had my roommate come out and look over the car I was looking at and answered questions he had. Norman helped ease any concerns or doubt I had about buying a Cadillac. I will go out of my way to recommend him to other people in the market for a new car (I already did twice since last Thursday).
The entire car buying experience at Earnhardt Cadillac was outstanding, quick, no B/S and enjoyable. I went into this process with a shoot straight from the hip type of mentality and didn't my time or the dealership's time wasted. I made it very very clear on several occasions that I wanted financing secured before leaving the dealership with a new car. I said multiple times, "I have never had to make the walk of shame back to a dealership and not about to start now. Lets not waste each others time and get this finalized". Needless to say, everyone from the General Sales Manager down to Financing met my expectations and then some.
Thanks
