  • I had been seeing the same stylist for nearly 10 years when I was referred to Jayme by a family member for what I was considering a hair emergency (ok well, I desperately needed a color/cut 4 days before vacation because of a real emergency with my usual stylist). Jayme was so responsive-got me a quick appointment within 2 days and even took my request for an appointment on Easter Sunday. She asked me for pics and descriptions of what my hair currently looked like as well as what I was wanting. The salon was quiet and clean, I was offered a beverage of my choice (and I chose wine :)). She talked to me for about 15 minutes before getting started just to clarify my expectations. She was just so nice and great to talk to and get to know! By the end of the appointment I felt like I had known her for years. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing. And she was such a perfectionist. I left my appointment amazed at how great my hair looked-and my boyfriend loved it too! She also gave me follow up care instructions for my hair and a realistic expectation for when I should follow up to ensure my color stayed. Equally important, the cost of my cut and color was very reasonable and included a 20% new client discount. I am so appreciative of the time and attention Jayme gave me on such short notice and I will definitely be back!
