  • Update* I'm changing my 3 star review to a 5 star one. Talk about a man that cares about his business! Nick saw my last review & called me right away to try and make things right. He cares about his customers. Not only did he "right" things, he exceeded all expectations. Thanks Nick. I'll ve a customer for a long time to come & will refer friends. First review (3 star)- Called this morning to schedule for 60k maintenance on my vehicle. Was pleasantly surprised that they could get me in right away (same day). I had looked on their website and found a coupon for $149.99 service special, but when I blew it up to see what all it covered I saw that it had expired in 2013. When I called I mentioned the coupon, but was told it would be $179.99 instead (they were already aware that it needed to be updated). I made the appointment for this morning. I had a general idea of where they were located based off the address on the coupon. I double checked when I was on my way there and then saw that their website listed a different address so I called again to make sure. It was only another 5 minutes away, not a huge inconvenience - but knowing I was looking at their old coupon I guess I would have thought to check with a new customer to make sure they knew where my business was located. I was quoted a time of 1.5 to 2 hours. Current wait time is already at almost 3 hours and have been told a few times over the last hour that "it should be soon". Was told 20 minutes ago that it would be 15 more minutes. I value my time and am agitated at this aspect of their service. Only other thing so far worth mentioning is that with the $179.99 price, transmission service was supposed to be included but because they recommended I get a flush instead, they don't want to do that part of the service (however would give me a discount at a future date since I couldn't afford the extra charge today). I'm sure that's fine, but I feel like if something is listed that is should to be done when you're paying for it to be. He did say that they threw in fuel injector cleaner at no charge so maybe that was their way of compensating me for that aspect. I will probably go back for the flush at discounted price and give them the opportunity to not keep me waiting so much longer than my quoted wait time. Time is so important to me. If they can get it right the next time, I will probably remain a customer. Will update my review once I go back, but for today, 2.5 - 3 stars is all I can give -
