  • CareNow is not far from my home. I felt terrible and was in no shape to spend half my day in a quick care. Fortunately there was no wait at all here, I was lucky. The lady at the front desk was most welcoming and with excellent customer service focus! What struck me while completing paperwork was the appealing decor, very non-clinical and relaxing. I love the design of the waiting area, as you're not on top of people when it's flu season. The seating is well thought out and comfortable too. The lady doing triage was wonderful and Robin, the nurse practitioner equally so, patient and she provided good explanation. I felt this CareNow location was very clean, I did not feel icky being inside. I'm quite pleased with the decision to try CareNow and would return if needed without hesitation!
