rev:text	I ate here this past Friday night for dinner. Did not wait too long in the line due to special membership. First table I went for was the meat section. I asked for lamb chops. The lamb chops were juicy and it tasted great! Then I went to have some paella and then went to the asian section and had some congee and sushi. Their spicy tuna uramaki was great, but the nigiri and congee were very disappointing. The nigiri did not have wasabi in it and therefore it is not sushi. The sushi rice was inconsistent and was either not seasoned well or not at all. Some parts of the sushi rice were undercooked. Congee was bland and I had to put extra scallions and fried garlic in it to make it tasty. Of all the dishes I ate here the paella was the most disappointing. It only came with mussels... I thought the paella suppose to come with a variety of seafood, but I felt and it tasted like the paella was cooked lazily. I also did not like the rice they used for the paella. My aunt's homemade paella is 100x better. Their dessert here was a little over mediocre. But I did really enjoy the fruit crepes. I put gelato on top of it and made it even more awesome. I had horchata and mango for drinks. It was awesome! I'm glad they serve tropical and hispanic drinks. They also have tamarind juice which I regretted for not drinking. Service was above average. They were attentive and took our plates at the right moment. It was a coincidence that our server was the same server from Feast Buffet in Red Rock Casino three months ago. Small world. The food here is inconsistent. Some are divine and some are disappointing. I felt I ate in a $25 buffet than in a $55 one. But I still left the place bloated.
