  • Yes, customer service is above & beyond here at Francesca's. But don't you ever just want to shop in peace & quiet? It's therapeutic, at least to me. Here you are pranced on by lovely sales reps that want to share their whole life story with you, 3 steps into the doorway. If one is to not engage back, it should be a sign. This alone stresses me out as to why I realized, online shopping is the better route for this store. Tip: Know your customers and know when to stop talking. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way, right!?
